Shipping

On-line orders will ship directly to you from our fulfilment house in Auckland.

Standard shipping within New Zealand is via tracked courier delivery (2-7 days) at $6.95 (excl Great Barrier Island and Waiheke Island,additional charges will apply).

On most occasions, your order will be processed the next business day. However, there may be some delay due to public holidays, weekends and/or particularly heavy demand.

Returns Policy

Although we hope you love all your items from Miri Skin Care, we have a return policy in place if in the unlikely event the product purchased from this website is proven to be faulty or damaged.

  • In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Multiple/continual return requests for the same products are subject to review by Miri Skin Care. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

2.Products are eligible for a refund if you decide you don't want the item, it didn't meet your expectations or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.

3.You will be responsible for the return mailing/shipping costs. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.

4.Returned items are subject to inspection by one of our receiving staff members. All product parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used or damaged in any way.

STEP 1

Get in touch - To replace an item, please reach out to our Miri Skin Care Team at hello@miriskincare.co.nz with your name, phone number, order number, name of the product, the batch and expiry date and the reason you believe this product to be faulty.

STEP 2

Take a photo - Should your item arrive damaged, or something has gone wrong, please send photos in the email to our customer care team.

STEP 3

Replacement confirmation - Once the claim has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, we will send out the replacement product.

STEP 4

Return the product - In some cases, our customer service team will request you return the original faulty product to our Miri Skin Care HQ, for further inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

 

How long does it take to receive a replacement product?

Please allow 10 business days once the request has been approved.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us at hello@miriskincare.co.nz and we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed and minimal inconvenience.

 

Skin Reaction Enquiries

In the rare case of an allergic reaction, we are happy to accept the product’s return and exchange it for an alternative, more suitable product.

Please provide us with a photo of the reaction, product details (name, batch number and expiry date) and proof of purchase when requesting a return of the product.

If you experience any allergic reaction, please stop use of the product immediately.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made by request provided the order has not been shipped. A full refund including shipping will be made.

If you wish to cancel after the goods have been shipped, you must return the goods unused and undamaged to claim a full refund less shipping costs.
